Consigliatissimo. Dopo anni ho avuto finalmente la possibilità di mangiare un panino senza glutine con la cotoletta cotta al momento. Menù gluten free certificato da AIC senza alimenti precotti né scaldati in plastica. Gentilezza e professionalità garantite

Sono stata da Old Wild West e mi sono trovata davvero bene, soprattutto per il personale. Ragazzi gentili, sorridenti e disponibili: ti fanno sentire a tuo agio e sono attenti anche quando c’è molta gente. Servizio abbastanza rapido e ordinato, con spiegazioni chiare sul menù e sulle richieste (allergie e variazioni). Locale in stile OWW come sempre, pulito e accogliente. Tornerò volentieri!

Finalmente anche al vulcano buono noi celiaci possiamo ordinare dal menu senza glutine . Le scelte non sono moltissime ma Poter mangiare da old wild west è sempre una gioia . Ho scelto un tex mex con pollo impanato pomodoro parmigiano insalata e patate per contorno e la loro salsa che adoro . Il personale è sempre gentile e super disponibile .

Il locale accogliente, servizio veloce e piatti davvero gustosi, hamburger ottime di cottura e patatine croccanti come piacciono a me. Una menzione speciale va ad Alessandra, super disponibile, gentile e sempre con il sorriso. Ha reso la nostra cena ancora più piacevole con la sua professionalità e simpatia. Torneremo sicuramente presto e spesso.

Ottima esperienza sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il servizio è stato attento e ben organizzato, staff disponibile e gentile che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio fin dall’arrivo. L’ambiente piacevole, pulito e ben tenuto. Il cibo ci ha convinti per qualità e gusto, con una valida scelta anche per il senza glutine.

Punto vendita della nota catena presente all'interno del Centro Commerciale Vulcano Buono. È situato a piano terra. Siamo andato nel pomeriggio di oggi, domenica, ed era l'unico locale aperto a quell'ora. Purtroppo gli altri locali della ristorazione presenti aprivano non prima delle 18,30. Credo che sia una politica commerciale, secondo me sbagliata oggi giorno, ma comprensibile per contenere i costi del personale. Bene, quindi, per questo locale. Il personale è stato gentile e rapido. Ho trovato i prezzi un po' alti non tanto per la qualità della carne ma per le quantità davvero minime. Per il resto è ok se si vuole fare uno spuntino rapido e semplice

Mi sono trovata davvero bene. Lo staff è stato ottimo, in particolare i camerieri: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti. Il locale è pulito e ben curato, e il cibo molto buono, con una buona attenzione anche al senza glutine. Siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti, compresa la mia bambina che ha apprezzato molto il loro menù dedicato. Torneremo sicuramente!
